Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Cashy Stars (“we”, “us”), the operator of the Cashy Stars app. By creating an account or using the App, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. You must register using a genuine Google account that belongs to you, and you may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts to earn additional rewards is prohibited.

2. Coins and rewards

You earn coins by answering quiz questions, spinning the daily wheel, watching rewarded ads, and referring other users. Coins can be exchanged for the rewards listed in the App.

Coins have no cash value outside the App, cannot be sold or transferred between accounts, and are not your property.
We may change the number of coins any activity awards, and the coin cost of any reward, at any time.
Reward requests are reviewed before payout. Processing may take time and requires a valid PayPal address that you own.
Any unspent coins are forfeited when your account is closed.

3. Fair use and prohibited conduct

To keep rewards fair, you may not:

Create more than one account, or use another person’s identity or PayPal address.
Use a VPN, proxy, emulator, or any tool that hides or falsifies your real location or device.
Use bots, scripts, automation, or modified versions of the App.
Keep auto-clicker or tap-automation apps installed while using the App. The App checks for them on your device and will not open until they are uninstalled.
Exploit bugs to gain coins. If you find one, report it to info@cashystars.app.
Generate fake ad views or interfere with our advertising partners.
Abuse the referral system with fake or self-referred accounts.
Harass other users or our support staff through in-app chat.

4. Enforcement

If we reasonably believe you have broken these terms, we may limit your account, withhold or cancel pending rewards, reclaim coins obtained in breach, or close your account. Some of these checks are automated. If you believe a decision was wrong, contact info@cashystars.app and a person will review it. We aim to respond within 14 days.

5. Advertising

The App displays advertising from third parties, including Google AdMob. We do not control the content of those ads and are not responsible for the products or services they promote.

6. Availability and changes

We provide the App “as is”. We do not guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it. If we discontinue the App entirely, we will give reasonable notice and a period during which you can redeem outstanding coins where legally required.

7. Your account and cancellation

You may request deletion of your account at any time in Settings → Account. Your account remains active until the request is reviewed and approved. Deleting your account forfeits any unredeemed coins. Rewards already approved for payout will still be processed.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost coins, or lost earning opportunities. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the App before they take effect. Continuing to use the App after that means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.
